Greetings to all elders, relatives and friends during this festive month.

On behalf of elders and relatives of the Oinafa Community Meeting in Suva, I extend our appreciation to all those who donated in kind their thoughts and money towards the Oinafa Day function on 11 November, 2011. Special thank you to;

  • Loraine, Richard (UK) and family,
  • Luise nee Jotama (UK) and family,
  • Freddie, Rowena (UK) and family, and
  • all those whom we are not able to list your names (our apologies).

We are thankful to the Almighty for the lovely day to allow us to proceed with the program as published earlier.

We appreciate and acknowledge the presence of Gagaj Tinvao and elders from Itumuta who joined us to celebrate the occasion. It is our hope that this objective can be celebrated every year as a day of thanksgiving for all the blessings we receive through God’s love for us.

A few pictures are posted to show some of us who came on the day.

May God bless us all and protect our families in preparation for the New Year – 2012.
Thank you.

Tui Semesi
(Gagajat ne Mua’aki)
